Best brush cleaner
Best brush cleaner I've ever used.
This soap works wonders! I used to hate washing up after working with oils and I even stopped painting for a while but when I got this it was like a dream come true! makes cleaning up a breeze, I was shocked I could use water but it works, and it makes the brushes feel new again.
Amazing for oils
I recieved sample kits on two seperate orders with this soap in them and decided to give it a try. In the past I had been using the old masters brush cleaner for years and it works fine. As soon as I started using this soap I needed more. It's hard to explain, but this soap gets your brushes cleaner, it cleans them faster, and it takes a lot less work to get them 100% clean compared to other soaps. Would definitely reccomend this soap to any oil painters out there who love their brushes!
Such a innovative method for cleaning your brushes. I stocked up with two and I've been using it so much and I still have so much product in the pan it's unbelievable. If you want a reliable product this is definitely the best one for your oil- paint based brushes.
Trekell's linseed oil soap has been a big help lengthening the lifespan of my synthetic brushes for oil applications. OMS and turps dry synthetic hair brushes out much faster than natural hair brushes, so taking the time to add some moisture back in with a conditioning soap goes a long way. Since it's linseed oil, it will behave like oil based products do, so your soap might like living in a plastic baggie while not in use too.
man, this soap, let me tell you. has a cool little Trekky logo stamped in it and i was like whaaaaaaat how tight. then I wet my brush a little and rubbed it on the soap and BOOM. suds man. they were so tight. and i rubbed it in my palm and rinsed it and the brush was back to brand new. cleaner than a can of cat food in an alley off D street.
