DESCRIPTION
The Limited Edition oil paint colors: Brown Ochre, Rust Red, Iron Violet
Brown Ochre is naturally opaque and warm with a golden undertone. This pigment isn’t heated to the extent of the other colors, so it retains the deep yellow/brown hue of the raw iron oxide.
In its transparency, Rust Red carries the warm color of rusty water. From the tube and in mixtures, it is exactly what you’d expect: an earthy red-orange.
Meet the first mauve color Gamblin has ever made. Straight from the tube, Iron Violet is a deep, earthy violet with a unique texture. Add white and it becomes the violet you see in the clouds at sunset or dawn.

Great colors!
I love these colors! I hope you will add them to your permanent collection! Particularly the Iron Violet, that is a real winner!

Recycled pollution
I needed some quality earth tones, and I hate environmental pollution so these tubes of gambling just made sense. I have reverence for companies that look out for the planet that we live on. It’s humbling and astonishing that an art company is spearheading pollution cleanup, and even making some delicious colors out of them! Thanks gamblin! And thanks for stocking renewable products Trekell!

Realistic Colors
I'm new to oil painting. I'm so glad I purchased this set. The colors are realistic and the box made in Oregon with a panel to paint on the back, great plus! Reclaimed, impressive

Earth Set
Really like these paint colors

Excellent for skintones!
I’m a full time artist/ painter and I absolutely love this set of oil colors. They’re on my palette every single time I paint. I do a lot of portraiture and animals and these tones are literally perfect for mixing tan-deep skintones and the iron violet makes for amazing shadows. Also love that they come packaged in a panel! I recommend to everyone!

Gamblin is so amazing
I love Gamblin paint so much, and I am such a fan of the Torrit gray tubes because they produce such unique tones. These reclaimed Earth tones are just as much fun to experiment with and I have enjoyed using them greatly!
