It was fine.
It was a gift. I’d like to have had Trekell send it directly to the recipient. But I managed to send it and she seemed to be happy with the gift certificate.

Purchase of the Gift Certificate was straight-forward but I found it non-professional and awkward to have to Forward the e-gift to the recipient rather than getting a Mailable Gift Card or being able to E-gift them directly.

Recently gave a handful of these gift certificates away and the team responded quickly to my questions! I personally always have a good experience with Trekell and it's nice to be able to give others the opportunity to shop here on their own with a little extra money. If you're not positive that the artist in your life needs a particular item (you can never have too many brushes, but maybe this person doesn’t *want* a duplicate), definitely grab a gift card!
