What are the imperfect panel float frames the same price (10x10 22.99) as the usual ones (posted here and @Michaels)?

Game Changer

These floater panels are awesome!
The only issue I have had is forgetting that where eye hole for hanging is, and painting everything upside down! Otherwise these are an awesome way to frame your artwork immediately and perfectly.
