Thinkspace Gallery in Los Angeles is hosting a celebration of their 15 year anniversary with an opening reception on January 11 of last week. The show is open through January 25, 2020, so don’t sleep on this exhibition of brilliance in the Culver City Arts District.
Over 70 artists from the Thinkspace family are showing their work done on custom 15 x 15 floater panels provided by Trekell. It’s quite the honor to be able to support the artist family at Thinkspace and to participate in such a useful way. We think the visual impact is pretty outstanding and hope you will as well!
What is Thinkspace?
Thinkspace Projects was founded in 2005 and supports and promotes artists from all over the world. At Thinkspace, you’ll see work encompassed by the New Contemporary Arts Movement, which represents a shift in terms of traditional “high” art to the incorporation of non-traditional forms of “low-brow” art.
Think of it as sort of like the difference between Dad jokes and the flavor of snarky humor you’d find on, say, Reddit. This gallery brings verve and energy to viewers interested in exploring the excitement of visual arts and does not disappoint.

From the Thinkspace website: “Committed to the vision, risk, and exceptional gifts of its artists, the gallery is first and foremost a family. From the streets to the museums, and from the ‘margins’ to the white cube, Thinkspace is re-envisioning what it means to be ‘institutional.’” Trekell is proud of its partnership with Thinkspace Projects and looks forward to the next 15 years of this gallery’s success.
